Unlikely other Nigerian musicians who had done a collaboration with C-listers international artist, Nigerian Afro-Pop music superstar and Starboy Entertainment boss Wizkid revealed that he has an collaboration with the undisputed queen of hip-hop, Nicki Minaj.
Though, the ” Come Closer ” singer has been fortunate to have worked with best of the best — like Drake, Future, Trey Songz, and Chris Brown, just to name a few.
While speaking with The Beat FM‘s Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi about collabs, Wizkid said:
“I’ve got a couple big ones coming up. I’ve got one with Nicki [Minaj] coming soon. “
Although we are not sure if what we are getting is a Nicki Minaj song with a catchy Wizkid chorus or a Wizkid song with a killer Nicki Minaj verse, we can be sure that what we do get will be a bop either way. Let’s just hope it doesn’t take forever before we get to hear it!
