American comedian and TV host, Kelvin Hart longtime dream of hosting Academy Awards have finally come to reality as the most loved comedy star will be hosting the 91st edition of Oscar Awards 2019, come February 24th.
Hollywood most loved comedy star Kelvin Hart, took to his Instagram page to announce his selection as the event host.
“I am so happy to say that the day has finally come for me to host the Oscars,”. “I am blown away simply because this has been a goal on my list for a long time,” Hart wrote on his Instagram page.
The Academy Awards are the film industry’s highest honors.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which organizes the Oscars and normally announces the host, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
