On Sunday, 27th of January 2019, Nigerian Afro-Pop superstar Davido alongside with his crew such as Venessa Amadi, Efe One, Bizzle Oshikoya and others of the DMW‘s crew write their name in history book by selling out and shutting down one of the biggest venues in the United Kingdom, the prestigious O2 Arena with its 20,000 capacity sold out.
On that night, the02 Arena, after Wizkid in 2018. As both Nigerian music superstars continue to underlines the dominance of Afrobeats to the world right now.
The gang leader of the 30Billion Crew and DMW head honcho Davido shared the stage alongside with his DMW signees such as Mayorkun, Peruzzi, Dremo, Yonda & Idowest. While the likes of Zlatan, Zoro & GoodGirl LA also took to the stage on the night.
However, during their celebratory dinner, DJ Ecool gave a speech to appreciate everyone who came together to make the O2 Arena dream into a reality, from the most visible player to the men behind the scene, making things work. During this speech, Ecool said;
I want to say a big thank you to everyone who’s here, to everyone who played a big part … from the team, to the management to the staff to the DJ, to the goons, to the security, and to everybody… I’ve asked David a question before, I’ve asked him did you ever see this happening ever,… actually I just want to see my video on TV not for them to see me on TV and this happening … at this point right now, we have set the standard that nop m0ore competition with anybody else in the industry. We’re now in competition with your own… Drake(Davido chips in and they all cheered in laughter).
After the historical achievement of Davido at the 02 Arena, the ” Fia ”singer is aiming to make history at the Madison Square Garden in New York, USA.

Davido is holding a show at Madison Square Garden in New York next. That’s the Most Famous Music Arena in the world. Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, Elton John, Taylor Swift sold it out. NBA Draft, the first WrestleMania, Muhammad Ali – Joe Frazier fight all took place there.
